VORA/VORB – Cock valves
These valves were conceived to obturate, allow or control a flow of dry bulk products. Conceived with a cylindrical obturator with integral passage, they can function under an important charge of powdery products or granule and be closed into the vein of products. They even ensure a good tightness on fine and flying products. They will well belong on process were the guillotine valves shovel risks a deformation in case of a repeating closure on charged products.
They can be recommended in case of heavy and free flow rate (NB: actual start/effective flow rate are very variable depending on the product texture)
Several motorisation can be recommended depending on the final use of the device.
- On bagging post with pneumatic actuator system that deals with different positions making variable opening possible.
- For a neat cut of products, in open/close position, a pallet actuator motorisation can be recommended.
