DRE - Basic series

A rotary valve for dosing your products

Conception: 

The simplified conception of the DRE Basic Serie, with bearing shields against the joints, ensures a good holding to depression and pressure (from -0.5 up to 0.3 bar).

Its explosion resistance can go up to 8 bars.

According to your needs or our recommendations, different motorisation types can be mounted on your device. On request, multiple combinations are possible according to the technical specification.

 

 

Application:

We recommend the use of the DRE range for every installation handling powder or granule:

- Gravity flow

- Pneumatic conveying (we provide a side passage version with pipe connection)

Therefore, you can place the device beneath a filter, a cyclo-filter, hopper (see generic application page: https://www.acett.eu/en/ecluses-distributeurs-rotatifs.html )

Of course, it all depends on the transported product's characteristics.

Depending on the product characteristics to transport, the DRE device would suit many lines of business such as chemical and pharmaceutical industry, petfood, cement, sawmil and wood indutry, biomass, minerals, steelworks, treatment of NHIW…

As for all the devices of our range, if your installation requires a device with particular dimensions, it is possible to design and realize a customized version of it.
