The double rotary valve for a continuous cleaning
Conception:
With a double synchronized rotor (one through and the other on biblade), it provides the cleaning of the principal rotor while full utilization.
The draining of the trough was conceived to be easy, flow rate loss and the products repression are not to be feared. Several possibilities can be provided to ensure the anti-clogging action such as a Teflon coating or rotor polishing.
Application:
Developed for our clients with transfer constraint on very sticky products, the DROR device is the anti-clogging solution.
Depending on the product characteristics to transport, the DROR device would suit many lines of business such as chemical and pharmaceutical industry, petfood, cement, sawmil and wood indutry, biomass, minerals, steelworks, treatment of NHIW…
