In order to ensure a perfectly adequate functioning, our range of rotary valves matches all your installations.

MOTORISATION:

All our locks are provided with direct (wheel and screw or parallel train) or chain drive motorisation according to your preferences or, if necessary, our recommendation.

POSSIBLE OPTIONS:

Depending on your operations' conditions such as temperature or handling of abrasive, corrosive or sticky products, we will provide you with different solutions:

• Coating (hard chroming, chemical nickel, Teflon…)
• Choice of more resistant materials on the parts in contact with your products
• Device entirely made of stainless steel, polish and quality workmanship with roughness control.
• Rotor construction (troughed, reinforced, with adjustable and flexible or hard blades, made of anti-abrasion steel…)
• Reinforced sealing elements (seals and rings material, pressurizing system with blast before the seals)

• CE certificate of conformity
• 3.1 material certificate and food certification (all our products can be delivered with a food certification, on the condition that there is a compatible construction to have it. Also, on demand and following your contract conditions we can give you the 3.1-certification corresponding to your material.)
